The Real Official Website Of Actor, Director & Adult Star

I’ve always been quite frank about my position and feelings about porn. Whether you love it or hate it, I’m of the opinion that it holds a very important place in our little corner of society. Deny it all you want but the evidence is right there: gay porn was of the first to come out in queer media.  It was first in blue movies when as consumers we didn’t have to sift through undertones and insinuations to eek out a gay subplot. It was all right there in your face! And gloriously so! Gay porn and gay adult actors were of the first ones there, on the front lines, bringing queer media and gay images to our community. They didn’t apologize for it.  Today, that may not seem like such a fantastic thing – but not too long ago doing something as commonplace as making adult films was a huge risk.

Gay porn being an integral part of our community? Of the first to get there on film? What?!

For some, it’s a tough one to swallow.

For me, I’m quite proud of it.

It means the dawn of my career in queer media began in the very genre that started it all for us homos.

That’s pretty exciting, if you don’t think about it too hard!

As a people, when I sit and think about us I can become a little frustrated. I know I’m not alone in this sentiment. We are prone to fickle behavior. We forget our not-too-distant frightful history. We don’t protect always ourselves in the ways we should. We seldom take much care in remembering our beloved brothers that have come before us.  In a sense, for too many of us queer history has almost nothing to do with the way we conduct ourselves today and the things we know.

Yet even still; I’m never more happy to call this community my home. I’ve never felt more connected to anything else in my life. Not even my own family. I think it’s safe to say: this is my home. I share it with each and every one of you.

Right now I want to share a project that I deem inexorably important to where we’ve been as a people. Especially if you’re coming here to visit my blog.

I’m an adult star. As my interests shift and my career evolves I’ll never live that down. And you know what? I can’t be happier about it. It gives me an edge. I’m dynamic in that way. I have pride in my accomplishments as an adult star. Three time Best Bottom? Dammit! That’s unprecedented!  Producing some of the most decorated and hottest selling films in the last 10 years? Of all the thousands of producers not many can boast that one. These are things that make up me, in part.  I’ve been able to start in porn, produce my porn, and move beyond it because people have come before me. Done what I do, figured out the kinks, fought the battles, changed peoples minds, begun the most difficult work of swinging tides and integrating all of what you see HERE into our world. Without people like Chuck Holmes, what I’ve managed to do in 8 years as an adult star and porn producer would not have been possible.

That’s why I’m poking you, prodding you to help me get an important documentary about Chuck Holmes made.  The project is called SeeD Money: The Chuck Holmes Story.  The man was a key element in the start of the movement. He began Falcon Studios . He used the money he made to assist the queer agenda in social and political arenas. He wasn’t just a porn producer, he was a man of the community. A man we can all learn something from. That’s the very reason why I think each and every one of us here on this blog should do our part to get this project made. It’s in our history, our culture, our way of life. No, he wasn’t Harvey Milk. BUT – he was a cornerstone of an entire industry that has had a profound influence on the way we are today. Probably far more profound than many people are willing to admit. That’s exactly why I think it’s so important.

Please, visit the Kickstarter website of Seed Money. Strongly consider giving any dollar amount. Even $1.  Not that I’m rubbing it in your noses, but I put my money where my mouth is. I donated $50. I wouldn’t ask any of you to help if I intend to kick some love and respect their way.

This project is not funded or connected to Falcon Studios outside of content.  This is important so the story remains intact for better or for worse. If you can’t donate to the project PLEASE share information, link people to the kickstarter page, and TALK about the project as much as humanly possible (Facebook! Twitter! In the coffee shop!). Sometimes just lending exposure in your way to a film can be far more valuable than sending in cash. Don’t underestimate yourself! Thank You!

I’m a featured guest this year at Bent Con! Come play with me!

BENT-CON is the convention that encourages, celebrates and appreciates LGBT and LGBT-friendly comic-book, scifi, fantasy and horror artists, writers, creators, publishers, directors, actors, and producers, that create media targeted directly to LGBT audiences or the larger realm of underground and mainstream pop-culture as a whole.

But it’s just easier to think of it like a Comic-Con, only gayer…

BENT-CON is committed to encouraging the vast talent and creativity within a queer and queer-friendly environment for those passionate about sharing their respective talents with YOU — the Fans — New and not-so-new to the work found at this convention.

This year’s BENT-CON is shaping up to be bigger and better than the last! It runs December 3-4th at the Westin Bonaventure Hotel in Los Angeles, California, the heart of the media, gaming, comic and pop-culture world!

Aside from attending the different panels and skipping around like a little kid in a candy store, I’m speaking on these two panels.

Saturday, December 3rd – 5PM It Doesn’t Get Better. You Do: Queerness As A Super Power and You as the Hero:

With the rash of tragic teen suicides, the It Gets Better campaign launched, providing voices of support to struggling GLBT youth, telling them that the world will become a better place if they endure. In this provocative panel, guests utilize comics as inspiration, metaphor and guide to challenge the notion that the world gets better on its own, arguing instead that in learning to accept ourselves and the unique gifts we have, we remake the world for the better in the process.

Sunday, December 4th – 11AM SKINJOBS:

Nudity, Sexuality, Storytelling and Art. Nudity and sex are part of our lives, but they don’t always mean the same thing. The way they’re depicted can make a difference between erotic excitement, a mere state of being, or sublime artistic expression. Panelists delve into the different ways artists and movie creators use sex and nudity, wrestling with the question of should sex and nudity always be seen as erotica — with all the connotations therein – or are they also tools to express deeper stories about the human condition?

COME CHECK IT OUT!

IT’S GOING TO BE A BLAST!
